Andy developed a close working partnership with us as client and established and maintained excellent relationships with colleagues across our organisation. He approached some challenging assignments with sensitivity and professionalism. He took great care to listen to our needs and offered solutions to meet these needs. Andy’s work had extremely positive impact, particularly with regards to the engagement of staff during a very difficult period. Participants always provided excellent feedback. I have worked with Andy a number of times over the last 15 years, developing both newly formed and established teams to deliver improved performance. Andy worked closely with me to understand the team dynamics and the desired outcomes. He developed programmes to stretch the teams, and, on each occasion, there were performance improvements both on a team and individual basis. Andy clearly grasped the key issues which needed to be incorporated into the agenda for the two days. Prior to the event he had clearly undertaken the planning needed to identify the training tools required and had obviously thought of contingences to be used if needed.
On the two days he was clearly organised and his personality, kindness and facilitation skills ensured the event met the objectives we set out for the team.
Andy has created and delivered leadership programmes covering a wide range of development areas. His results have been remarkable in terms of individual, team and business improved performance. Many attendees on these programmes have gone onto achieve considerable advancement in their careers to their personal benefit and to that of the business. I found the programme very helpful. It was great to be able to share experiences with my colleagues. and there was a fantastic ambience in the room. Positive Impact
